The addition of MicroMetrics, combined with our Aeroflex / Metelics operation in Sunnyvale, California, significantly enhances our platform and solidifies Aeroflex's position as a leading supplier to our customers.

Our process includes complete electrical, visual quality, and metelization inspection of wafers prior to release to production. Dies are then given a 100% DC test and visually inspected. In the production of devices or assemblies for packaged units, all units are 100% tested to ensure compliance to all required specification parameters.

Aeroflex / KDI-IP filter products for RF and Microwave filters are individual filter and multi-function assemblies for wireless base station front ends, point-to-point to microwave radios, amplifier, and other commercial applications. These include cavity types with metal or ceramic resonators, and printed filters such as Band Pass, Low Pass, Band Reject, Duplexer, Triplexer and Multiplexer. Recent technological advances in materials and processes have enabled KDI Resistor Products to introduce environmentally safe aluminum nitride (AlN) resistors, terminations and attenuators designed as an alternative to similar components using Beryllium oxide (BEO) ceramic. Our product offering includes flange mounted 50 and 100 Ohm resistors and terminations with power handling to 800 watts CW, coaxial cable load assemblies, and attenuators in standard values of 1-10, and 20 dB.
